Job summary

Qualifications

• M. Pharm or equivalent (4 years) and GPhS registration.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the BOPA SACT Passport.
• Clinically verify SACT prescriptions on ARIA (including free-of-charge, early access schemes and clinical trials).
• Provide specialist pharmaceutical information related to SACT.
• Support delivery of the NHS 10 Year Cancer Strategy.
• Collaborate with procurement, pharmacy aseptics and outpatient pharmacies to ensure timely delivery of SACT and supportive medication.
• Assist Lead Pharmacists with updating and implementing policy change.
