We are pleased to invite applications for this newly created position within our Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment (SACT) services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner passionate about SACT and its management. This is a 2-year fixed-term post at band 8a, working 37.5 hours per week. The role is funded by the Surrey & Sussex Cancer Alliance and offers access to support and educational opportunities.
Applications are invited from nurses with recent senior experience in SACT. We seek a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who is flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and a good team player and leader. The successful candidate should possess a degree, advanced clinical practice skills, and expertise. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The role involves active participation in clinical practice, education, research/audit, and the implementation of national guidelines and transformative services. The successful applicant will join a well-established, dynamic SACT team providing specialist treatment, advice, holistic care, and support to patients, relatives, and healthcare colleagues. They will support the development and delivery of SACT services to improve and maintain patient care standards.
