You will lead with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, observability, and AI-enabled development, collaborating with Product and Platform teams to deliver tangible customer impact in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Senior Engineer or Technical Lead in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Hands-on with C# and .NET (6–8).
• Proven experience leading teams through complex technical delivery and transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering and product teams.
• Focus on reliability, security, and observability in production systems.
• Experience using AI developer tools in software engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a Scrum team, owning sprint delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with Product teams to shape requirements and manage technical risk.
• Design, build, and evolve backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Support frontend development and modernization with Vue.js.
• Lead production readiness, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices and tooling.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Champion testing, observability, security, and operational excellence.
