What is the role?

Wealth Dynamix is seeking a driven and experienced SAAS Sales Executive to lead the sales efforts for our CLMi (Client Lifecycle Management) product. As the Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in growing our SAAS revenue by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and helping drive the strategic direction of the CLMi product within the wealth management and financial services industries. This role requires a deep understanding of SAAS solutions, strong business development skills, and the ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers.

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Sales Ownership: Lead the sales efforts for CLMi, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy for growing the CLMi client base, focusing on new business development and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and upselling existing clients, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to senior management, using data to track performance and inform strategy.

New Business Development

  • Market Research: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to guide the sales approach.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, marketing partnerships, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and positioning CLMi as a solution.

Client Relationship Management

  • Customer-Centric Sales: Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients by understanding their needs, pain points, and business objectives, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition of CLMi to different stakeholders, including C-suite executives, operations leaders, and IT teams.
  • Customer Retention & Expansion: Work closely with the Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Product & Market Expertise

  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in the CLMi product, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantage, and effectively communicate this to potential clients.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the product development team to provide client feedback and insights that inform the CLMi product roadmap and enhancements.
  • SaaS & FinTech Insights: Stay informed about SaaS, fintech, and wealth management industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain credibility with prospects.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and client success teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and thought leadership content to support sales efforts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients, managing complex deal structures and ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Events & Networking: Represent Wealth Dynamix at industry conferences, networking events, and webinars to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Sales Process Optimization

  • CRM Management: Effectively use CRM tools to track prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize the sales process by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and leveraging sales technologies for efficiency.

Who is best suited to this role?

  • SaaS Sales Expertise: At least 5-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the fintech, wealth management, or financial services sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through both new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue structures, and the complexities of enterprise sales.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Expertise in consultative selling, with the ability to deeply understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that deliver value.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Skilled in negotiating complex deals, managing objections, and closing high-value contracts.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales technologies for managing pipelines, reporting, and forecasting.

Beneficial Skills:

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services, with an understanding of client lifecycle management.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with CLMi or similar Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in close collaboration with product, marketing, and client success teams to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth goals for the CLMi product.
