Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ is seeking two Release Managers to own end-to-end SaaS releases in a fully remote setup with occasional fully expensed travel. You will lead readiness across Product, Engineering and GTM, ensure dependencies and testing are resolved, and oversee demos, documentation, and communications.

The role emphasizes challenging when not ready and driving accountability across teams to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end software/product release experience.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering and GTM.
• Strong Agile / SDLC knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong risk, dependency and blocker management.
• Experience improving release processes in a scaling environment.
• Confidence to challenge, influence and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SaaS releases from planning through to launch.
• Define release plans, readiness criteria and quality gates.
• Manage dependencies, risks, blockers and ownership.
• Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing & GTM.
• Coordinate customer testing, demos, early access and phased rollouts.
• Lead release communications, documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Conduct post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Improve processes, tooling and automation to scale releases.
