Job summary

Mythwright is seeking a Release Manager to steer the end-to-end release pipeline for our PC and console titles, ensuring clean certification and timely live launches across platforms.

You will own build cadence, automate submissions, coordinate with partners, and manage post-launch updates, with a focus on reliability and schedule. This remote role welcomes applicants from the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Release Manager on shipped games.
• Strong console release and backend experience, including compliance with platform requirements.
• Solid knowledge of Steamworks backend, depots, branches and build submission.
• Excellent coordination and communication across developers and platforms.
• Strong grasp of build pipelines and post-launch update cycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage releases and submissions on Steam and PC storefronts; handle console certification with Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo.
• Coordinate launch windows with marketing and development teams; ensure live status is current across studios.
• Own post-launch update cycle, certify patches, and automate build validation where possible.
• Track platform requirements and keep risk and release planning transparent.
