Job summary

MHR in Nottingham seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive successful SaaS deployments, delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will manage risks, stakeholder expectations and project performance, ensuring customer value is realised and long-term partnerships are strengthened.

You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, apply governance frameworks, and utilise Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS deployment projects from initiation to delivery.

You’ll be the driving force behind successful SaaS deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. By managing risks, stakeholder expectations and project performance, you’ll help customers realise value faster while strengthening long-term partnerships with MHR.

What You'll Bring

Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills

Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and resources

Confident communicator who can engage effectively at all levels.

Strong understanding of project governance, planning methodologies and delivery frameworks.

Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.

Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent essential

HR, Payroll or HCM software implementation experience is a bonus.
