The package includes a basic salary up to £50k DOE, plus bonus, extensive holidays, a dedicated work-life balance allowance, a sabbatical, and flexible, hybrid working options with 1-2 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar content project management role.
• Proven experience delivering CRM implementation and integration projects.
• Proficient end user of HubSpot CRM is highly desirable.
• Interest in technology/software with AI in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customers and gather technical queries.
• Collaborate with the wider team to plan resource allocation and project scope.
• Finalise project deadlines and keep the team updated throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach junior project members and allocate workloads.
