Job summary

Camlin is seeking a delivery-focused Software Product Owner to drive a multi-customer SaaS platform in the energy sector. You will translate strategy and customer problems into a concrete backlog and ensure predictable sprint delivery while building reusable capabilities for multiple customers.

As a hands-on PO, you will collaborate with engineering, QA and UX to refine backlog, define acceptance criteria and support release readiness, shaping the product direction with evidence from delivery

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience as Product Owner or equivalent.
Hands-on Agile delivery with backlog refinement, sprint planning and delivery.
Proven ability to translate product strategy into executable backlog and user stories.
Experience scaling SaaS platforms for multiple customers rather than bespoke solutions.
Fluent written and spoken English with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Own and actively manage the team backlog with clear priorities and ready work for sprints.
Lead regular backlog refinement with Engineering, QA and UX and stakeholders.
Decompose epics into coherent, estimable user stories with acceptance criteria.
Ensure readiness criteria for EPICs and stories are understood and aligned with customer value.
Participate in sprint ceremonies to maintain momentum and commitments.
Collaborate with Product Management to translate outcomes into delivery plans.
Balance scope, value, quality, risk and time to improve predictability.
