Client Server Limited in Reigate is seeking a C# Developer / Technical Lead to own architecture and delivery of a flagship desktop insurance platform. You’ll guide three Agile teams, design features, ensure security, reliability and performance, and collaborate with Product Owners to shape roadmaps.

The role blends hands-on coding with technical leadership in a hybrid WFH setup in Reigate, with office days and remote work.

Qualificações

• Proven C#/.NET Core backend experience on large-scale systems.
• Strong technical leadership (ownership of features).
• Collaborative, pragmatic and able to influence senior engineers.
• Advocate for clean, maintainable code and MS best practices.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
• CS fundamentals: OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Appreciation of Azure, SaaS, PaaS, microservices.
• Degree in a STEM discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design and develop new features and enhancements.
• Ensure security, reliability, maintainability, usability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other teams; input design choices.
• Provide technical ownership in an Agile environment.
