Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience coordinating projects with API or systems integration.
• Business-fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for enterprise customers.
• Act as the primary project point of contact for the customer.
• Coordinate technical setup activities between integration team and customers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring clear communication.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain structured tracking.
• Support training sessions and documentation for customers.
