Job summary

Gleeson-Recruitment-Group is seeking a Qualified Finance Manager for a SaaS business. This remote-first role includes London meetings 2-4 times per month and a salary of £65,000–£75,000 plus benefits. You will own month-end, management reporting, and consolidate across international entities while improving processes in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will report to Head of Finance and help build a scalable finance function with exposure to governance, audits, and cross-border operations.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• SaaS experience is essential.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
• Proven experience owning month-end close and management reporting processes.
• Experience producing consolidated accounts within a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely delivery of management accounts.
• Prepare consolidated reporting across multiple international entities.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a strong financial control environment.
• Manage relationships with external overseas accountants and external advisors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Support statutory compliance, audits and governance activities.
• Mentor junior members of the finance team.
