Job summary

Podium Search - Finance & Accounting is seeking a sharp Finance Manager to build a scalable finance engine for a fast-growing SaaS business. You’ll own the numbers, tighten the controls and bring commercial clarity to a company that’s moving quickly, helping shape the growth trajectory.

You’ll lead monthly reporting, cashflow forecasting, payroll, reconciliations and budgeting, while ensuring VAT compliance, tidy records and clean audit trails.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified/qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or strong QBE.
• Experience in management accounting, reporting and cashflow ownership.
• Strong grasp of payroll, HMRC compliance and core finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting: management accounts with SaaS KPIs.
• Cashflow forecasting (short & medium term).
• Payroll end-to-end management.
• Bank, balance sheet and supplier reconciliations.
