Job summary

Profound is seeking an Account Manager, Agency to drive growth across agency customers and their end clients. You will partner with agency executives to understand goals, address pain points, and demonstrate clear ROI from Profound’s AI marketing platform.

You’ll own a portfolio of 40–60 accounts, collaborate with Agency Engagement Managers, and lead negotiations for renewals and upsells while aligning platform usage with business outcomes. This is an on-site role with global offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS account management with a focus on agencies.
• Proven track record in renewals and upsells with quota responsibility.
• Strong consultative selling and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 40 to 60 accounts, responsible for renewals and expansion revenue.
• Co-manage the lifecycle with the Agency Engagement team from onboarding to renewals.
• Develop deep understanding of each customer’s goals and workflows.
• Build relationships with enterprise brands via agency stakeholders.
• Map agencies to expand relationships and impact.
• Manage a pipeline of renewals, cross-sells, and upsells against revenue targets.
• Lead commercial conversations and multi-product renewals/upsells.
• Forecast with CRM data and pipeline practices for transparency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Agency teams to deliver a seamless experience.
