South Eastern Regional College (SERC) seeks a Learning Support Manager at Bangor Campus. This permanent, part-time post is 23 hours per week during term time, with Monday or Wednesday mornings/afternoons and Thursday and Friday hours; exact pattern may vary.
You will work with learners who disclose a learning difficulty or disability to identify, arrange and monitor appropriate support, and manage learning support assistants delivering interventions.

Monday or Wednesday (day to be agreed) 8.30am - 5.15pm Thursday 8.30am - 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm.
Hours may vary from time to time to suit the requirements of the post.

Under the direction of the Head of Learner Welfare the post holder will work with individual learners who have disclosed a learning difficulty /disability to identify, arrange and monitor appropriate learning support solutions and manage learning support assistants in providing support interventions.
