Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced S2P Solution Architect to own end-to-end design and architecture across the Source-to-Pay domain in a London-based, 6-month contract. You will ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Concur, and VIM, acting as the design authority for programmes and releases.

You will define data flows, support compliant processes, and partner with Procurement and Finance teams to implement robust controls.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of SAP S2P, Procurement, or Finance solutions experience.
• Solid understanding of S2P processes and integration across SAP and SaaS platforms.
• Desirable SAP Central Finance exposure and SAP certifications.

S2P Solution Architect - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Office Based (London)

We are looking for an experienced S2P Solution Architect to own end-to-end solution design and architecture across the Source-to-Pay domain, ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Concur, and VIM. In this role, you’ll act as design authority for S2P solutions across programmes and releases, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned to business, finance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end S2P solution architecture across Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement (P2P), Invoice Processing, and Payments and Reporting
• Design and govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI), SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts), SAP Concur, and OpenText/SAP VIM
• Define master data, transactional data, and financial posting flows across platforms, ensuring accurate and auditable 3-way matching and invoice posting
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, and Tax teams to translate business needs into technical designs, supporting approval workflows, tolerances, and controls
• Review and approve solution designs, functional specs, and integration documents, providing oversight during build, test, cutover, and post-go-live phases

What You Will Ideally Bring

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP S2P, Procurement, or Finance solutions
• Strong hands-on experience across SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and VIM (OpenText or SAP VIM)
• Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay business processes, with experience designing complex integrations across SAP and SaaS platforms
• Strong knowledge of financial postings, invoice processing, and controls, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Desirable, SAP Central Finance exposure, SAP BTP integration patterns, large enterprise or telecom environment experience, Agile/SAFe familiarity, and SAP certifications in MM, S/4HANA, Ariba, or Solution Architecture

• Day Rate: £650-£700 Per Day
• Determination: Inside IR35
