Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced S2P Solution Architect for end-to-end architecture across the Source-to-Pay domain in London. You will shape solutions spanning sourcing, contract management, procurement, invoice processing, payments and reporting with emphasis on SAP integrations (S/4HANA, MM, Ariba, Concur, VIM).

The role requires defining architectures, master data design, posting flows and invoice automation, collaborating with Procurement, Finance, AP and delivery

Qualifications

• Strong Source-to-Pay process knowledge and SAP integration experience.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across Procurement, Finance and Delivery teams.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Central Finance and Agile/SAFe is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support invoice automation, 3-way matching, controls and approval workflows.

Job description

A major Telecoms transformation programme is looking for an experienced S2P Solution Architect to take ownership of end-to-end architecture across the Source-to-Pay domain.

You'll shape solutions covering sourcing, contract management, procurement, invoice processing, payments and reporting, with a strong focus on integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and VIM.

The role will involve:

• Defining S2P architecture and integration patterns across SAP and SaaS platforms
• Designing master data, transactional and financial posting flows
• Supporting invoice automation, 3-way matching, controls and approval workflows
• Working closely with Procurement, Finance, AP, Tax and delivery teams

Strong Source-to-Pay process knowledge, SAP integration experience and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience with SAP BTP, Central Finance and Agile/SAFe is desirable.
