Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced S2P Solution Architect to own end-to-end design and architecture across the Source-to-Pay domain in a London-based, 6-month contract. You will ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Concur, and VIM, acting as the design authority for programmes and releases.

You will define data flows, support compliant processes, and partner with Procurement and Finance teams to implement robust controls.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of SAP S2P, Procurement, or Finance solutions experience.
• Solid understanding of S2P processes and integration across SAP and SaaS platforms.
• Desirable SAP Central Finance exposure and SAP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end S2P solution architecture across Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, Invoice Processing, and Payments.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP components and OpenText/SAP VIM.
• Define master data, posting flows, and auditable 3-way matching across platforms.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, and Tax teams to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Review designs and oversee build, test, cutover and go-live phases.
