Qualifications

• Experience of working in a planning or legal environment.
• Working knowledge of s106 legal agreements.
• Experience monitoring policies and their implementation.
• You should be a team player with a positive approach and be willing to contribute to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead in developing procedures for monitoring s106 legal agreements and their implementation to ensure timely investments.
• Support collection of the Community Infrastructure Levy.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, elected representatives and external partners to deliver council aims.
