Job summary

Liverpool City Council is seeking a proactive Section 106 Project Manager in Liverpool to develop and manage S106/CIL funding, monitor payments, and present proposals to the S106 Sub-Committee. You will coordinate with Finance and legal teams, lead on reporting and ensure timely financial records across projects.

The role sits in Planning Service within City Development, offering a stable permanent full-time contract with agile working options and generous annual leave.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage an effective S106 / CIL payment monitoring system.
• Lead analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and production of reports.
• Coordinate proposals for S106 funding and present to S106 Sub-Committee for decision.
• Act as lead professional for S106 / CIL and main contact for stakeholders and partners.
• Lead invoicing, debt recovery with legal team and input into annual IFS.
