Job summary

ELEMIS is seeking a Portfolio Planner to join the Purchasing & Planning team in Filton. You will support the Sales & Operations Planning process, coordinate cross-functional activities and drive portfolio control across product changes, launches and discontinuations.

You will run the monthly Product Review, ensure timely actions, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders across NPD, Commercial, Supply and Regulatory to optimize demand planning and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage product portfolios through lifecycle stages, including launches, changes and discontinuations.
• Strong understanding of S&OP governance, meetings, actions and documentation.
• Experience interpreting product performance, demand, inventory and supply data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate S&OP meetings and ensure cadence, inputs and outputs are captured.
• Facilitate monthly Product Review meetings and circulate pre-reads for effective decisions.
• Maintain product lifecycle data, SKUs and portfolios with cross-functional teams.
• Manage cross-functional communication on EPD/sku changes and phasing decisions.
• Support onboarding of new participants and ensure accurate attendance records and action tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, reporting and portfolio metrics.
