Job summary

ELEMIS is seeking a Portfolio Planner to support the S&OP process, coordinate meetings, and drive cross-functional communication for product lifecycle decisions. You will manage SKU portfolios, forecast-based changes, and ensure timely actions with stakeholders across NPD, Commercial, Supply and Regulatory teams.

You will lead monthly Product Reviews, maintain documentation, and support system implementations to improve planning accuracy and portfolio visibility across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating S&OP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation.
• Strong data interpretation and portfolio prioritisation skills.
• Ability to communicate changes clearly across regions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end product lifecycle and SKU portfolio changes.
• Facilitate monthly Product Review meetings and rolling S&OP calendar.
• Provide reporting on portfolio metrics and supply chain challenges.
• Collaborate with NPD, Commercial, Supply, Regulatory and regional teams.
• Support adoption of new systems (APS and PIM) and process improvements.
