Job summary

Megger is seeking a skilled S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead the end-to-endECC to S/4HANA transformation from the Megger Delivery Office. This UK‑based remote role coordinates global business and technology teams and external partners to deliver the scope, outcomes and benefits on time and within budget.

You will mobilise, plan and govern the programme, manage cross‑workstream risks, and provide clear reporting to sponsors and senior leaders.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations.
End-to-end programme delivery across mobilisation, design, build, data migration, testing and hypercare.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate or equivalent methodology.
Experience coordinating business process owners, SAP teams, enterprise architecture, security and external partners.
Strong commercial, financial, risk and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead mobilisation and maintain an integrated delivery plan with milestones and dependencies.
Establish governance, reporting, decision-making and escalation to senior stakeholders.
Manage programme scope, budget, forecasts, supplier deliverables and dependencies.
Coordinate design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, readiness and hypercare.
Lead partners and internal teams to ensure a fit-to-standard S/4HANA transformation.
