Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Leader as the RVP Forward Deployed Engineering to drive a blended team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists. You will set engineering standards, unblock complex deployments, and scale talent to deliver production AI at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering teams
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and enterprise software implementations
• Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Scale delivery teams by coordinating capacity planning, talent acquisition and staffing
• Lead AI-driven engineering initiatives using tools like Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products
• Serve as the final technical escalation point across the portfolio and ensure production-grade architectures
• Drive agentic adoption and ensure rapid deployment of solutions across enterprise accounts
