Job summary

Rayner Personnel - Property Recruitment is seeking a Rural Valuer to head up the valuations team in Perth. You will coordinate valuation work, lead valuers, and deliver your own valuation stream in a professional, client-focused environment.

The role requires a top rural surveyor with RICS qualifications and PQE, and offers an excellent benefits package with a salary up to £62k DOE.

Rural Valuer/SAD

Perth

Salary Up to £62k DOE

The Role

We are looking for a Rural Valuer to co-ordinate all valuations within the area. You will lead other valuers and provide professional guidance and support to them as well being responsible for delivery of your own valuation work steam

Requirements:

• Undertaking valuations for a range of purposes including loan security, tax, inheritance and estate planning (rural, residential and development/planning appraisal)
• High quality reporting
• Management of major valuation portals

• Entrepreneurial, analytical, dynamic and able to apply professional and commercial judgement to deliver results
• Competent and experienced RICS qualified rural surveyor with experience of delivering work across a range of projects

• Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure

Qualifications:

• RICS (with good amount of PQE)
• RICS Registered Valuer
• FAAV qualified an advantage

Experience

• Strong prior experience in agricultural and rural residential valuations
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and mapping software
• Experience in working in a regional setting potentially covering more than one office location.
