The Role:

In this varied position, you'll be providing estate and farm management services, delivering expert advice on landlord and tenant matters, and supporting clients with strategic rural business reviews. Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of rural estates and farming operations
• Lease negotiations, rent reviews, renewals, and tenancy surrenders
• Business planning, including drafting budgets and reviewing financial performance
• Identifying funding and grant opportunities
• Preparing work specifications and appointing contractors
• Advising clients on land use, tax implications, and regulatory issues

• MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor with relevant experience in estate management
