Carter Jonas is seeking ambitious placement students to join the Rural team in Northampton for a 12-month sandwich placement. You will work alongside experienced rural surveyors and gain exposure to diverse clients, learning to value and manage rural property, estates and land.

The role offers early responsibility, hands-on experience, and the chance to develop technical and commercial skills within a supportive team while preparing for APC completion and professional accreditation.

Formación

• Ambitious placement students with a genuine interest in rural surveying.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn on the job.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management of rural estates and property portfolios.
• Assist with valuation advice and the valuation of rural property interests.
• Contribute to sale, letting and acquisition of farms, estates and land.
• Provide support on professional consultancy matters affecting rural businesses and landowners.
• Assist with environmental scheme applications and natural capital projects.
