Job summary

Savills is offering a sandwich year placement with the Rural Professional team across our London and Lincoln offices and other locations. You will gain exposure to valuation, estate management and rural surveying work, with support toward APC requirements and qualification pathways.

The role provides hands-on experience, training, and mentorship to build technical skills, client exposure and professional development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Enrol and begin active progress towards your APC or Rural/V aluation pathway.

Responsibilities

• Support rural surveying and estate management work across multiple offices (London, Lincoln, York, etc.).
• Assist in coordinating maintenance programmes, property inspections and contractor management.
• Develop professional skills through structured training and APC pathway support.
• Contribute to client-facing valuations, advice and estate management activities.
