Job summary

Carter Jonas in the United Kingdom is recruiting up to four land agents to join our rural teams based in Cambridge and Northampton, handling a mix of management, rural agency and valuation.

You’ll work across East Anglia and the East Midlands on a broad portfolio from farms to energy assets, with opportunities for professional development, ongoing training and a flexible, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• RICS qualification with post-qualification experience.
• Experience across rural estates, valuation and agency.
• Ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Comfort with working across East Anglia and East Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mix of rural agency, valuation and related professional work.
• Provide day-to-day estate management and strategic asset advice.
• Market, sell or purchase rural assets including farms, estates and energy assets.
• Develop regional business through professional networks and lenders.
