Job summary

Farming Jobs Limited is seeking a proactive Membership Relations Manager to join our rural & agricultural sector team in the South East. You will manage long-term member relationships, drive engagement and retention, and utilize CRM data to deliver value across the membership journey.

The role is hybrid (office-based and remote) with travel in the South East and attendance at events. Ideal candidates have account/membership management experience and a passion for rural sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in account/membership management or customer relationship roles.
• Strong CRM/data analysis skills and ability to interpret member data.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the South East region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with members across the South East.
• Serve as key contact, providing professional service throughout the membership journey.
• Support onboarding, engagement, retention and renewal activities.
• Identify opportunities to increase member engagement with services and benefits.
• Build understanding of member requirements and ensure value from membership.
• Produce and analyse membership, engagement and retention reports.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and gather member feedback to inform service development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across regional, commercial and internal teams.
• Represent the organisation at rural events and member activities in the region.
