Qualifications

• MRICS/FRICS qualification or nearing qualification.
• Experience in estate management and/or rural professional work.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day rural estate management for a portfolio of smaller private estates.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters and property/asset management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to rural valuations, CPO, renewable energy and diversification projects as appropriate.
