Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking an ambitious Estate Manager for a substantial private rural estate in the Norfolk Broads. The role covers management of land, property and commercial operations across ~3,500 acres, reporting to the Estate Owner.

You will oversee lettings, maintenance, budgets, agri-environment schemes, biodiversity and diversification opportunities, as well as moorings and leisure businesses. A professional qualification such as AssocRICS/MRICS is preferred.

Competenze

• AssocRICS/MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of rural property management and landlord/tenant legislation.
• Strong numerical and commercial reporting ability.

Mansioni

• Manage residential lettings and agricultural, commercial and industrial properties, including tenancy agreements and renewals.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, budgets and contractor activity.
• Support farming operations and management of land and licenses.
• Assist with agri-environment schemes and rural funding applications.
• Oversee moorings, boat hire, marine services and leisure businesses.
• Monitor performance, budgets and cash flow; prepare reports.
• Maintain estate records, safety compliance and supervise staff.
• Contribute to digital systems and reporting improvements, including AI tools.
