Job summary

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day farming activities, coordinate contractors, and contribute to long-term business plans, with accommodation and a truck provided. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and UK work rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee farming operations across arable production.
• Actively participate in on-ground farming work.

• Support irrigation management and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver crop production and initiatives.
