Job summary

GrowBiz Scotland is seeking an experienced Enterprise Facilitator to deliver flexible, confidential one-to-one business support across the Cairngorms area. The role is part-time and self-employed for an initial six-month period, joining a team of freelance Facilitators and helping connect clients with networks, learning and funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one business or enterprise support, including digital skills.
• Understanding of coaching, mentoring and facilitation approaches.
• Knowledge of rural business and Scottish enterprise support landscape, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, confidential one-to-one enterprise support, information and coaching.
• Help clients build confidence, develop ideas and identify practical next steps.
• Support areas: digital skills, marketing, finance, product development, business planning and sustainable practice.
• Connect clients with learning, networks and funding opportunities.
• Build relationships with community organisations and enterprise support partners.
