You will act as a go-to person for administrative systems, finance, and property management, enabling efficiencies and governance adherence across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of building effective working relationships across internal teams, tenants and external stakeholders.
• Able to maintain data, systems and processes for let estate management.
• Aware of governance processes and how to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget support and planning for the let estate team.
• Manage records and archives; support communications and project coordination.
• Support implementation of new or different ways of working and information management.
