The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Runner to support Chet’s team in a lively West London setting. You’ll help deliver guest experiences by assisting service, clearing tables, and preparing spaces for the next guests, while staying flexible and friendly throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, enjoy teamwork, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Training and progression within a global brand are available.

We are looking for a Runner to join our Chet's team.

The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton and located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in the beating heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food.

Featuring a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, 237 bedrooms of different sizes, as well as a central wraparound bar and terrace, The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is perfectly located for exploring West London.

Chet’s: A Thai-Americana spot combining the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand and the surrounding region with comforts from the classic American diner in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• You keep things running (pun intended!) by making sure the team have everything to provide that memorable guest experience – from bringing out food, to clearing up tables, getting them set up for the next guests and occasionally taking orders.
