Job summary

One Of Us is seeking a proactive Studio Runner to support the Studio Operations team in London. You’ll greet clients, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, assist with front desk duties, stock rooms, and help plan events.

A positive, team-focused attitude is essential to keep the studio running smoothly. You’ll assist Production teams during meetings, place post-show merchandise orders, and provide general administrative support across the studio.

• Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work proactively and independently as part of a team.
• Desire to contribute to a friendly studio environment.
• Experience with Word and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome at the front desk.
• Maintain a friendly atmosphere for staff and guests.
• Cover front desk shifts during studio hours.
• Stock meeting rooms and shared spaces; keep areas guest-ready.
• Support Production teams during client meetings and events.
• Assist with post-show merchandise orders and deliveries.
• Provide general admin support across the studio.
• Take notes in company meetings.

Studio Runners are at the heart of our Studio Operations team, keeping our studio running smoothly and supporting everyone in it — from Production and Crewing to Tech and beyond. Whether you've just graduated or you're looking for a change of direction, this is one of the best ways into VFX: we invest seriously in our people, and this role can open doors into a career across some genuinely exciting film and TV projects.

You'll get to know every corner of the studio and the brilliant, wide-ranging crew who make it what it is — a fantastic way to learn how a VFX studio really works, from the inside out.

We'll keep you busy with

• - Giving every visiting client and guest a brilliant, warm welcome
• - Creating a friendly, sociable atmosphere for everyone working from the studio
• - Covering shifts in line with studio opening and closing hours, including the front desk
• - Working with the Office Coordinator to keep the studio well stocked, and meeting rooms and shared spaces guest-ready
• - Keeping kitchens and communal areas clean, tidy and fully stocked
• - Brainstorming event ideas with the Studio & Culture team, and helping plan and run them
• - Gathering and sharing feedback to keep improving our working environment
• - Organising deliveries and pickups
• - Supporting Production teams during important client meetings
• - Helping Production place post-show merchandise orders
• - Providing general administrative support across the studio
• - Taking notes in company meetings
