They have developed industry-leading software for well-known clients and are preparing for their next growth phase.

The Role :

They are seeking experienced developers who are excited about building innovative solutions. The role involves tackling unique technical challenges related to business scale and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience in developing secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatic use of the best tools to solve problems and expects candidates to take a lead role in developing core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems with a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) approach
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using test-driven development
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications
• Knowledge of OpenCV or other image manipulation tools is a plus

This is a fully remote role; the team is distributed across the UK and abroad. While occasional meetings and social events are held, daily work is primarily from home.
