The Role :

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience solving problems in secure, scalable, and maintainable ways.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

They are pragmatic in selecting the best tools for each problem and expect candidates to take a lead role in developing their core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems (following SRE principles)
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using a test-driven approach
• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications
• Experience with image manipulation tools like OpenCV (preferred but not mandatory)

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and abroad. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your daily work will be from home.
