You will liaise with colleagues across the Trust to deliver high-quality data and RTT support in a busy clinical environment. The successful candidate will be organized, diligent and patient-focused, with a sound understanding of RTT

Job description

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust are recruiting for a Referral To Treatment (RTT) Validator to join our team based at our Basildon site.

Our fantastic Validation team are responsible for ensuring that the timeline data for patients on the waiting lists (RTT and non RTT, planned and open referrals) is accurate and appropriately reflects the patients' current position on the pathway.

This role requires liaison with colleagues across the Trust from all disciplines and supports excellent clinical service to the patients. The team requires a validator to work with the existing validation team a to deliver accurate data quality and RTT support to colleagues across the Trust.

You will possess the skills and key competencies to support the needs of the department, as stipulated in the person specification.

You will need to be organised, diligent and have patient care as your primary concern. You should have a good understanding of RTT pathway rules as well as awareness and understanding of other national targets.

You will be required to have a professional and mature working attitude, and an ability to liaise with patients and staff.
