Job summary

ITV in Media City, Manchester, is seeking an RTR Manager – Reconciliations on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will direct a team of 6 direct reports and oversee balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely closes.

You will lead the adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS, drive digital transformation and automation across RTR, and partner with auditors while supporting professional development within Finance Operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience leading an RTR team using automated reconciliation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of RTR Accountants and Assistants to deliver accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS in line with policies.
• Promote digital adoption, process automation, and standardisation.
• Support audit requests with documentation and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with RTR leadership and Finance Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Line-manage six staff with regular 1-2-1s and performance goals.
