Job summary

ITV plc is seeking an experienced RTR Manager – Reconciliations on a fixed-term 18-month contract. You will report to the Head of RTR and lead a team of 6 direct reports to ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations and robust governance.

The role focuses on driving the adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS, promoting digital transformation, and delivering continuous process improvements within a shared services finance environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading an RTR team using automated reconciliation software.
• Ability to review processes, identify inefficiencies and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Direct the RTR Reconciliations team to deliver accurate balance sheet reconciliations and resolve items.
• Lead adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS in line with policies.
• Drive digital adoption, standardisation and automation for efficiency.
• Support external audits by providing documentation and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with RTR leadership and Finance Operations to resolve errors and align management reporting.
• Line-manage 6 staff, conduct 1-2-1s and support career progression.
• Expand expertise in Oracle ARCS and core financial workflows.
