• Experience in personal injury or road traffic accident work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of Road Traffic Accident claims from instruction to settlement or litigation.
• Handle case preparation, liability investigations, evidence gathering, and drafting documents.
• Attend court where required and contribute to positive team outcomes.
• Develop your own skills through feedback and training and progress toward supervisory responsibilities.
