Service Care Solutions are working with a Glasgow based firm to recruit one or two Paralegals for our RTA Litigation Team. If you have experience in RTA personal injury and are looking for your next opportunity, this could be the role for you.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTA personal injury.
• Litigation experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Organised, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage own caseload and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of litigated Pursuer RTA personal injury files.
• Progressing claims through the litigation process.
• Potentially handling pre-litigation files under the CPAP scheme.
• Working as part of a team focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
