Job summary

Kinetic Law Limited in Blackburn, Lancashire, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigator or Qualified Solicitor to join a dynamic team specialising in RTA claims. You will manage litigated files end-to-end, draft pleadings, statements and trial bundles, and negotiate settlements with insurers and counsel.

The role requires strong organisation, a proactive client-focused approach, and good knowledge of CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5/2 years’ experience handling litigated RTA and/or Personal Injury cases.
• Strong working knowledge of the CPR and litigation process.
• Confident in running fast-track cases independently (multi-track experience is a plus).
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A results-driven, team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury files from inception to settlement or trial.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and preparing trial bundles.
• Negotiating settlements and liaising with counsel, clients, insurers, and third parties.
• Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with service level agreements.
• Providing a proactive, client-focused approach to litigation.
