Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Managing an independent caseload of RTA and Personal Injury claims.
• Handling Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigated cases and progressing claims through issued proceedings.
• Drafting and preparing witness statements.
• Conducting settlement negotiations.
• Assisting and supporting the Head of Department while participating in business development initiatives.
• Ensuring files progress efficiently in line with SRA and CPR requirements.
