Bydand Recruitment Services Limited is seeking a Solicitor Supervisor for a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Newport. You will manage a caseload of complex RTA motor claims, supervise junior colleagues, and collaborate with senior solicitors on high-profile litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex motor claims (RTA) including fast and multi-track cases.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues within the team.
• Draft pleadings, instruct counsel and attend strategic case conferences.
• Analyse expert medical and liability evidence to drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors on high-profile litigation.

• Salary:Up to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)


• Experience:Solicitor Claimant or Defendant with RTA experience

Managing a caseload of complex motor cases

• Manage your own caseload of RTA claims (fast & multi-track)


• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues


• Draft pleadings, instruct counsel and attend strategic case conferences


• Analyse expert medical and liability evidence to drive successful outcomes


• Collaborate with senior solicitors on high-profile litigation
