Open to both qualified and experienced non-qualified fee earners who can work independently; the role offers a salary range of £30k-£65k plus a benefits package and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience handling fully litigated RTA matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload.
• Comfort with credit hire matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of fully litigated fast, intermediate and multi-track RTA matters.
• Focus on credit hire claims above £50,000 with complex liability issues.
• Collaborate with paralegals to handle the more complex files.
