CRA Consulting seeks an RTA Litigation Claims Handler in Leeds. This role involves managing RTA claims, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting individual and team targets. The Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting for an RTA Litigation Claims Handler based at our Leeds office. This role can be offered on a permanent or fixed-term contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Dispute Resolution Team Leader, you will manage a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated RTA claimant cases, handling them from inception through to conclusion.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering excellent customer service and providing accurate legal advice in line with our policies and procedures.
Working towards individual and team targets while meeting service level agreements.
Maintaining a professional approach that reflects the values and ethos of the Legal Services department.
Supporting the strategic development of the department by promoting high standards and enhancing client experience through continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience handling OIC and Fast Track RTA claims, ideally within personal injury, insurance, or law firm environments.
A working knowledge of the OIC and MOJ Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules for Low Value Personal Injury Claims is advantageous.
Comfortable working towards targets.
Able to perform well under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
