Job description

Here at Hays, we are currently working with a client offering a 12-month rolling contract (with a potential 4-year plan) for an RPA Business Analyst. The role involves identifying, assessing, and documenting automation opportunities, reporting on key benefits, and maintaining process documentation.

* £315 p/d inside IR35

* Remote working with occasional travel to London

* Initial contract of 12 to 24 months, with likely extension up to 4 years

Experience required:

We are seeking Business Analysts with 1-3 years of experience in the RPA space. Key skills include:

• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities
• Ability to document processes and benefits clearly
• Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation
• Experience leading discovery workshops and working within cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA
• Excellent analytical skills, especially in requirement gathering and process automation documentation
• Knowledge of RPA technologies such as BluePrism, UI Path
